Peter Machata

My work has been characterized by expressing myself through abstract forms for a long period. I changed the way of my artistic thinking several years ago and I started to use fragments of a body as a metaphor for my ideas. Hands, eyes, scars after surgery have become a medium for me to express feelings and ideas which are difficult to say in words.
